Annual CLT Public Lecture 2012

The Olympic Games were sold to Londoners on the clear understanding that there would be lasting legacy of jobs and housing for the East End. The East London Community Land Trust is committed not only to the democratic stewardship of land and the creation of permanently affordable homes, but also to of the very real task of revitalising of our local communities.

This year the choice of both the speaker and the subject matter for the CLT Public Lecture was an easy choice. One of the US's foremost Community Land Trust practioners - Greg Rosenberg - will draw on his experience and address the question:-

The new regulations create a presumption that all meetings of the executive, its committees and subcommittees are to be held in public.

Tower Hamlets Homes TRA small grants programme for 2012 is now available.
The amount you receive will depend on the number of dwellings you and your association represent. You must also have held an AGM.
