The former St Clements Hospital at Bow, east London, is a historic site which will shortly become available for redevelopment.

To help ensure that the site’s heritage value is protected and that the local community plays a full role in the regeneration, a new Community Interest Company (CIC) – St Clements Bow CIC – has been set up with the view of becoming involved in the bid for the site.

Of course the ideas and proposals expressed here are preliminary and not binding on any potential bidders at this time. Proposals can only be firmed-up once the ideas and suggestions of the local community are fully understood, and long term sustainable funding and management is in place.
